The carpet area is about 419 sq.ft, a compact size suitable for renteAakar Realties completed the project by June 2023, and it's ready to move in. The area around Charholi Budruk is seeing development, and proximity to the Pune-Nashik highway and Nagar Road is good for connectivity. Rental demand should be decent here. The main concern is the road access to the project itself, it's a bit narrow for a short stretch. But overall, the price point should offer good returns.
