Aahvan Greens offespacious 3 BHK apartments, with sizes ranging from 2448 to 2520 square feet, which is more than enough space. The proximity to Udgam School For Children is convenient for my grandchildren when they visit. While the project is under construction, with completion expected in July 2027, the Aahvan Group seems committed to quality. The price point of around 1.6 Crore for a 3 BHK is reasonable for this area. I appreciate that it's a purely residential project. The gymnasium will be a good way to stay active.

We bought a 3 BHK in Aahvan Greens. The apartment size is approximately 2448 square feet, which is adequate for our family. The main reason we chose this project was the proximity to Thaltej Metro Station, about 3.11 kilometeaway, making travel across Ahmedabad easier. The project is under construction with a completion date of July 2027. The Aahvan Group is developing this project. My only concern is the car parking. While it's available, with only 48 exclusive apartments, I hope it will be sufficient and not too congested, especially with double basement parking. The multipurpose hall is a good addition for community events.
