  I needed a place that was safe and well-located for my work. Aaditya Premium 2 on Wardha Road fits the bill. I picked a 2 BHK flat here because it felt spacious enough. Being ready to move meant I could settle in quickly without the stress of waiting for possession. The Vastu compliant layout was a plus for me, bringing positive vibes. The children's play area is nice, even though I don't have kids, it adds to the community feel. My only real issue is the connectivity to NH-6, which is nearby. It takes a bit longer to get onto the highway than I anticipated, which can be frustrating during peak houfor longer journeys. Still, for daily commutes, it's manageable.

  We were renting a small place and decided it was time to buy our own home. Aaditya Premium 2 caught our eye because it’s ready to move and located in Gokulpeth. We opted for a 3 BHK flat, which gives us much more space than we had before. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex look quite green and inviting. It’s a relief to finally have our own car parking space. One thing we’ve noticed is that during peak hou, traffic on Wardha Road can be quite heavy, making it a bit slow to get in and out of the area. However, the overall peaceful atmosphere inside the complex makes up for it. We feel this is a good step up for us.
