Being ready to move in was a major advantage, saving me the hassle of long waiting periods. The proximity to VIBRANT MULTI SPECIALITY HOSPITAL (0 KM) and St. Francis' Secondary & Higher Secondary School (0 KM) is very convenient. I feel safe knowing there's a fire sprinkler system and earthquake-resistant structure in place. The power backup is also a great relief. My only minor concern is that the room sizes, while adequate, are not very large. But for the price and location, it’s a good deal.
