My wife and I moved into Aaditri Sunrise about a year back. We managed to get a 699 Sq.ft flat which fits our needs perfectly for now. The location in Nalanda Nagar is quite convenient for our daily commute. Since we are both working late hou, having the SVN Colony Bus Stop nearby helps in case of emergencies or when the car is in the garage. Aaditri Housing Pvt Ltd finished the project well before we moved in, and the construction quality feels sturdy. The only small issue is that the building entrance gets a bit congested during peak houwhen everyone is leaving for work. Other than that, we are happy with our decision to stay here.

Finding a home near a good school was our main priority, so we chose Aaditri Sunrise for its proximity to STEM SCHOOL. It makes the morning drop off so much easier for us. We picked the 750 Sq.ft unit because we needed that extra bit of space for the children. Everything is ready to move which was a huge relief since we wanted to shift quickly. The area around Brindavan Gardens is quite peaceful compared to other parts of Guntur. My only concern is that the kids play area is a bit limited for all the children in the complex, but the location definitely makes up for it.

I bought a unit here purely as an investment because of the location in Brindavan Gardens. Having the Underground Subway Metro Station nearby is a major advantage for any future tenant looking to rent the place. I went for the 750 Sq.ft configuration as it is usually the most preferred size for small families. While the project is ready to move, I did notice that the parking spaces are a bit tight to maneuver in. However, the connectivity to Kankaragunta Bridge makes it a very attractive option for people who travel for work frequently. Solid asset to hold.

It feels spacious enough for two people. Being located in Nalanda Nagar gives me easy access to the main parts of the city.
