My primary reason for choosing Aadinath Rushabh Elegance was its strategic location in Paldi, Ahmedabad. It’s central and has excellent connectivity. I purchased a 3 BHK flat, built-up area around 2088 square feet, which is quite substantial for my needs. The price point, with the high end at 1.08 Crore, reflects the premium location. Being ready to move in since October 2017 was a significant factor, as I needed immediate occupancy. The inclusion of essential amenities like lifts and adequate car parking by Aadinath Buildcon is appreciated. The anti-termite treatment is also a good preventative measure for the long term. Overall, a solid property.

The location in Central West, Paldi is very convenient, especially being so close to HK School of Foreign Languages and Shalby Multi-Specialty Hospitals. The price of 72.49 Lakh for a 2 BHK was within my budget for a new buyer. I appreciate the basic amenities provided, such as 24x7 water supply and lifts. The ready-to-move-in status was a huge plus for me. I am hoping the maintenance charges are reasonable.

The 24x7 CCTV surveillance and video door security gave me immediate peace of mind. I opted for a 2 BHK flat, around 1305 square feet, which is a good size for me. The location is excellent, with major hospitals and schools right at the dootep, and the Shreyas Metro Station is just a short drive away. While the price of 75 Lakh was at the higher end of my budget, the ready-to-move-in status and the quality of amenities like 24x7 water supply made it a worthwhile purchase. The entrance lobby is also quite welcoming.

The location in Paldi is excellent, very close to schools and hospitals, which is great for our family. The price was a bit more than we expected, going up to 95 Lakh for our unit, but the thought of owning our home made it acceptable. The project was completed in October 2017 and is ready to move in. We liked the video door security and the 24x7 CCTV surveillance. My only concern is the traffic on Vikas Gruh Road during peak houcan be quite heavy. Otherwise, it's a good place.

The price was slightly above our initial budget, reaching close to 80 Lakh, but the convenience of moving in immediately after purchase was worth it. The developer, Aadinath Buildcon, seems to have equipped the project with necessary amenities like lifts and water supply. The video door security is a nice touch for a young couple. The nearby metro station is also a plus.
