The project is currently under construction and is expected to be ready by June 2026. I chose this location in Itkheda, Satara Parisar because it is very close to Nath Valley School and United CIIGMA Hospital, both within walking distance. Aadinath Properties seems to be providing good basic facilities like 24x7 water supply and landscaping. I am a bit concerned about the traffic on the main road during peak hou, as the area is developing rapidly. Also, the open parking is not ideal, but manageable. The overall plan seems practical for a residential area.
