The Vastu compliant design was important for my family. The proximity to BAPS Shastriji Maharaj Hospital, nearby, is very reassuring given my age. The developer, Aadhya Group, has provided necessary amenities like lifts and water storage. The landscaping and tree planting make the complex pleasant. However, the parking can be a bit challenging if you have multiple vehicles; it feels a little tight. But for my needs, it is satisfactory.
