We liked the idea of no common walls for privacy, that’s a big plus. The location in Turkayamjal is decent, not too far from the Sagar Highway, which helps with commuting. The price point was slightly higher than we initially planned, around 52.63 Lakhs for the smaller 2 BHK, but we felt the amenities like the children's play area and the serene central garden made it worth considering.
