It's great that the project is ready to move, so we could shift in immediately after purchase. The location is quite good, with Akshar Public School nearby for our kids. We also like that the developer, Aadhya Group, included basic amenities like a lift and power backup, which are essential for comfortable living. The main drawback for us is the noise from the main Vasana Bhayali Road, which can be heard inside the flat, especially during the day.
