Having 24x7 water supply and power backup is very reassuring. The internal roads and footpaths are nicely done. The location in Somangalam, Chennai West, is relatively peaceful. However, the connectivity to the main city and my office near the Airport Metro Station (13.63 KM) is a challenge. Daily commute can be time-consuming due to traffic on the Chennai-Bengaluru highway. Ashwath Homes has provided basic amenities, but I wish the public transport links were better.
