We liked that it's ready to move in, so we didn't have to wait. The location on Golf Coue Extension Road is convenient, especially with Unicosmos School nearby. My husband also appreciated the Vastu compliant design. The only slight issue is the traffic on Golf Coue Extension Road during peak houcan be heavy. However, the power backup and 24x7 security are good peace of mind features.
