As a retired professional, I sought a comfortable and convenient living space, and AA North Star A fits the bill. The project is ready to move in, which means no waiting. Having essential amenities like lifts and 24x7 water supply is crucial for easy living. The proximity to Manthan Vidyashram, just a 9-minute drive away, is convenient for visiting grandchildren. While the location is generally good, the noise from ongoing construction in the vicinity can be a bit botheome at times. AA Buildehas provided basic facilities that meet daily needs. I appreciate the peaceful environment, despite the occasional construction sounds.

Finally got my fit flat at AA North Star A. It's ready to move which was important for us since we didn't want to wait too long. The location in Perungudi is quite convenient, close to Manthan Vidyashram which is good for future planning. Taramani Bus Terminus is a short distance, which is fantastic for commuting. The flat is ready to move in, which saved us a lot of hassle.
