Recently moved to Guntur for my practice and finalized a 3 BHK at AA Ananya Pride. The location in Vaddeswaram is quite convenient for me since Manipal Hospital Vijayawada is nearby. I liked that the units are ready to move because I did not want to deal with construction delays. The internal roads and footpaths within the premises are well laid out. I have been settling in well but the fire fighting system maintenance needs regular checks, which I hope the association handles properly. AA constructions did a decent job with the finishing of the common areas. It is a quiet neighborhood and the carpet area of 1331 Sq.ft feels sufficient for my family needs. I am satisfied with the proximity to my workplace as it saves me a lot of travel time during emergency calls.

My children are settled at the nearby Geetanjali School CBSE which is close to AA Ananya Pride. We were looking for a ready to move apartment and found a 2 BHK here with a 706 Sq.ft carpet area. The layout is practical for a small family and everything fits nicely. We do find that the parking space is a bit limited for guests though, which can be annoying during weekends.
