As a business owner, I look for convenience and value. A3 Atri Nest in Papareddy Palya, Bangalore West, offegood connectivity with Magadi Main road nearby, although it can get busy. I purchased a 2 BHK apartment measuring 988 sq.ft for around 55.33 Lakh, which I think is a fair price for a ready-to-move property. The developer, A3 Develope, has included necessary facilities such as storm water drains and solid waste management. The proximity to Attiguppe Metro Station, nearby, is a plus for commuting. The only minor drawback is the lack of readily available OC details, which might be a concern for some buyelooking for complete transparency. The electrical meter room is also well-placed.

We needed a place close to Fortis Hospital for my new job, and A3 Atri Nest is nearby, which is super convenient. The 988 sq.ft 2 BHK felt like a good size for us, and it's ready to move in which saved us a lot of time. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and the solid waste management system are practical. My only concern is the traffic on Magadi Main road during peak hou, it can get quite congested. However, the proximity to the hospital was the main deciding factor for us, and the price point of around 55.33 Lakh was within our budget. The internal roads and footpaths seem well-constructed.

We bought a 3 BHK which has a built-up area of 1411 sq.ft, offering plenty of space for our two children. The project is ready to move, so we could settle in quickly after the March 2023 completion. The price was a bit higher than we initially planned, around 79.02 Lakh, but the size and location justified it. We did notice some dust from ongoing construction in nearby areas, which is a minor issue for now. The kids' recreation facilities are decent.
