We finally moved into our 2 BHK at A R Park Pride last week. It’s a relief to be out of our rented place. The size is good, our 1170 Sq.ft flat feels spacious enough for us and our two kids. The location in Kompally is decent, close to Sadhu Vaswani International School which is important for us. The builder, A R Sunrise Infra, seems to have finished the construction on time, December 2022 completion. The children's play area is a nice touch. We are still figuring out the parking situation though, it feels a bit cramped for our two vehicles. Overall, a good upgrade and we are happy with the move.

The location in North Hyderabad, Kompally is developing nicely, and it’s only close to Panaji City Center, which is great for my business. A R Sunrise Infra has provided good amenities like a clubhouse and a children's play area. The 24x7 CCTV surveillance gives us peace of mind. The only issue we've encountered is the traffic noise sometimes, especially during peak hou, as it's quite close to the main road. But we are getting used to it. The landscaping looks beautiful.

The price point for these units falls between 52.64 Lakh and 78.73 Lakh, which seemed reasonable for the area. I liked the idea of having a gymnasium and a clubhouse available. The proximity to NH 66, nearby, is convenient for travel. However, the OC not being available is a bit of a concern for me, and I'm still waiting for clarity on that. The overall construction quality looks solid from the outside, and the common amenities seem well-maintained.

The price was 52.64 Lakh, which felt manageable. The project is ready to move, completed in December 2022, which was a major plus as I didn't want to wait. The amenities like 24x7 water supply and the gymnasium are practical for daily living. The solid waste management system is also a good feature. My only gripe is that the final finishing touches inside the flat could have been a bit more refined. Otherwise, it’s a peaceful community.
