It’s very close to the hospital, which significantly cuts down my commute time. The fact that it is ready to move was a huge plus, as I needed to settle in quickly. Chatiram Bus Station is also accessible within a reasonable distance of nearby, useful for travelling to other parts of the city. I haven’t encountered any major construction flaws, but I did notice quite a bit of dust from nearby ongoing construction activities, which is a bit concerning for air quality.
