I opted for a 2 BHK with a built-up area of 1150 Sq.ft, priced at about 43 Lakh. The price was acceptable, and the fact that it is ready to move saved me a lot of hassle. A One Properties has included power backup, which is great for those days when I need to work from home. The apartment size is good for me. My only minor issue is that the finishing inside the apartment could have been a bit better; some paint touch-ups were needed. But overall, it’s a decent place for a single peon starting out in the city.
