The location on the 80 Feet Road in Mota Mava is convenient for daily needs. It’s a 4 BHK flat with a built up area of 1300 square feet, which feels quite large for me. I liked that Nachiketa Schooling System is right there, though I don’t have kids yet, it’s good for future value. A-One Infrabuild DevelopeLLP P has built this project. One thing I noticed is that the parking area might be a bit tight if many residents bring multiple vehicles. It’s something to consider. Overall, it feels like a decent start.
