We were renting a small place and decided to upgrade to a 3 BHK in A K Bs Elegant. Being ready to move was a huge plus as we did not want to wait. The location in Chennai South is convenient for us as it’s close to the main Chennai Theni highway, making our commute easier. We also have school-going children, and S. C. S Matriculation Higher Secondary School is nearby, which is a great advantage. AKB Develope& Promoteare known for their quality construction. The only minor issue is that the internal roads within Radha Nagar can get a bit congested during peak hou, but it’s manageable. The space in the flat is good.

It is ready to move in, which is great because I want to settle in soon. I looked at how close it is to PARVATHY HOSPITAL, which is important for quick access in emergencies. The location in Radha Nagar, Chennai South is quite accessible. The main road, Chennai Theni highway, is also very close. I am a bit concerned about the parking availability as I have two ca, but the sales team assured me they could manage it. It’s a big step, but I feel good about it.
