The location in Dharampeth is quite central, and it’s nice to have essential places like Saraswati Vidyalaya and Arneja Hospital nearby, both nearby. The 4 BHK configuration with carpet areas up to 1886 Sq.ft is quite large, maybe more than we need right now, but it offeroom for future expansion. The project by A Constructions includes essential amenities like 24X7 water supply and fire alarms, which are important for us. We are a bit concerned about the proximity to the metro station; while convenient, we worry about potential noise pollution. Overall, it seems like a solid choice.
