It offea good upgrade from our current rental. The location in Sunpura, Sector 12, Noida extension is developing nicely. The price for the 3 BHKs goes up to 1.08 Crore, but we are considering the 2 BHKs in the lower range. The gym and indoor games facilities are good additions for us.
