Moving to Ahmedabad for work at Marengo CIMS Hospital, I needed a place that was easily accessible. 9 Yards on SP Ring Road was perfect. The commute to the hospital is only nearby. I booked a 3 BHK, which is 1798 sq.ft, providing plenty of space for my needs. The amenities like the gymnasium and the kid's pool (even though I don't have kids, it adds to the overall feel) are great. Karma Elegance has done a decent job. The only minor issue is that finding banks for loans might be slightly more challenging here, as that information wasn't readily available.

Shilaj is a nice locality, and it's good that Marengo CIMS Hospital is nearby in case of emergencies. The seamless block-connecting bridges are a unique architectural feature. We are a bit concerned about the parking situation if we have guests over, as it seemed a little tight. But overall, we are happy with the decision.
