A new REA India report shows India’s real estate market entering a phase of consolidation, with cities like Delhi, Pune and Chennai recording no price change in Q1 2025.

Mid-sized property developers in India are adapting to the evolving real estate landscape by leveraging local expertise to deliver niche, high-quality developments, regaining ground after 2017's consolidation by large corporations.

Lodha, known as Macrotech Developers, expects robust housing market expansion in 2024-25. Over ₹21,000 crore in new projects are planned by the corporation, after a ₹20,300 crore boost last year.
