MHADA has reportedly announced the sale of a premium apartment priced at approximately ₹8 crore in South Mumbai under a first-come-first-served allocation model, marking a rare departure from its traditional affordable housing mandate.

The Maharashtra Housing and Area Development Authority has announced its 2025 lottery results, allocating 5,354 affordable homes and 77 plots across Thane, Vasai, and Palghar regions, with nearly 1.85 lakh applications received for the Konkan board housing schemes.
