M3M Group has announced a ₹2,100 crore investment to develop Jacob & Co. branded ultra-luxury residences in Sector 97, Noida, marking the international luxury brand's debut in India's residential real estate market with homes priced between ₹14-25 crore.

M3M Group plans to invest ₹2,100 crore in an ultra-luxury housing project in Noida under the Jacob & Co brand, offering 250 premium residences priced between ₹14-25 crore with projected revenues of ₹3,500 crore over three years.

Rajiv Singh of DLF has emerged as India's wealthiest real estate developer with a staggering net worth of ₹1.21 lakh crore, according to the M3M Hurun India Rich List 2025, significantly ahead of other industry leaders.

India will see rapid high-street retail growth. Leading developers including DLF, Godrej, Prestige group, Brigade enterprises, M3M, Omaxe, and the Dhillon Group will build three million square feet of retail complexes with open spaces over the next two to three years.

From January 2022 to October 2023, Indian real estate developers bought 3,294 acres of property, 44.4% of which was in Tier 2 and 3 cities.
