Mahindra Logistics expands operations with a strategic 300,000 sq ft warehouse lease near Pune for over five years, strengthening its western India logistics network with ₹71.3 lakh monthly rental commitment.

Yusen Logistics India has leased a 200,000 sq ft built-to-suit warehouse in Palava near Mumbai from Macrotech Developers. This strategic move, part of Lodha Industrial & Logistics Parks, aims to bolster the Tokyo-based company’s distribution network in India.

Hindustan Unilever (HUL), a major consumer products company, leased a 600,000-square-foot warehouse in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. The Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR)'s biggest warehouse transaction in recent years is this 7-year arrangement.
