Commercial office rentals in India’s top cities have grown significantly from 2022 to 2025, with Mumbai seeing a 28% rise and Hyderabad 24.1%. Anarock reports strong demand from US firms and a return to premium workspaces.

India’s top cities are witnessing a retail boom. Anarock forecasts over 16.6 million sq ft of mall supply by 2026, led by Hyderabad and Delhi-NCR.

Real estate consultant Anarock reports that residential property prices in India's top seven cities have risen 45% in five years. Due to increased demand and fresh supplies, some micro marketplaces have seen price spikes of up to 90%.

Over the previous six years, unsold flat stock in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) has dropped 14%. On Thursday, ANAROCK Research said that unsold apartments fell from 2.23 lakh in the first quarter of 2018 to 1.93 lakh by March 2024.

According to an Anarock research, premium office space rental prices in seven major cities rose 7% year-over-year to Rs 83 per square foot per month in the first six months of the current fiscal. This is due to growing building prices.

An Anarock report found that sales of high-end properties in the cities of Delhi-NCR, Chennai, and Bangalore increased by over twofold in 2023.
