Xanadu, a major participant in the real estate industry, has developed a luxury vertical to meet the increased demand of developers and financial institutions to speed the expansion of their luxury real estate portfolios.

The flagship project of Raheja Universal, Raheja Imperia II in Worli, Mumbai, will be followed shortly by three further offers.

CEO of Xanadu Group, Vikas Chaturvedi, said,

"Healthy company development can only be achieved by a great customer experience, a well-rounded product, brand alliances, and a focus on changing consumer wants. This is exactly how the luxury vertical of Xanadu intends to assist developers and financial institutions in achieving disproportionate growth via the provision of innovative solutions that promote healthy expansion without eroding value. Luxury developments are synonymous with Raheja Universal, which is famous for its heritage and reputation. This tradition, along with our marketing and sales abilities, will undoubtedly result in a successful cooperation between both organisations."

The real estate developer would launch with Rs 2,000 crore of excellent property in Worli.

Ekta Rahul Raheja said,

"During the inauguration of our Raheja Exotica (Destination Versova Island) project, we saw firsthand Xanadu's talents and competence. We have chosen Xanadu as a partner for our flagship project in Worli due to their extensive knowledge of the business and the premium category. We see a natural connection and are certain that they will enhance this project's brand appeal."
