Very soon, the MahaRERA website will include complaints against real estate projects and promoters.

The fact that MahaRERA site would display homebuyers' plaints will surely act as a deterrent for errant property developers and real estate developers in Maharashtra.

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) officials said that the arrangement will assist home buyers in making an educated selection prior to investing in a property.

Mostly from February 2022 onwards homebuyers could see information of complaints against projects and promoters on the MahaRERA website.

The Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) officials said that the arrangement will assist homebuyers in making an educated selection prior to investing in a property. According to an official, all 16,000 complaints received by MahaRERA against projects and promoters will be displayed on the internet.

According to the official, the MahaRERA website would include information on the overall number and status of complaints made against certain projects, as well as the number of non-compliance applications and other facts. Simultaneously, customers would benefit from knowing more about the promoters.
