Mostly from February 2022 onwards homebuyers could see information of complaints against projects and promoters on the MahaRERA website.

According to an official, all 16,000 complaints received by MahaRERA against projects and promoters will be displayed on the internet.

According to the official, the MahaRERA website would include information on the overall number and status of complaints made against certain projects, as well as the number of non-compliance applications and other facts. Simultaneously, customers would benefit from knowing more about the promoters.
