Trident Realty, a New Delhi-based real estate developer with operations in Mumbai, Noida, and Chandigarh, has announced a 200-acre integrated luxury township project on the outskirts of Chandigarh in Panchkula, Haryana, with an investment of INR 3000 Crores.

Chairman S K Narvar said that the name of the new luxury home development is Trident Hills.

Panchkula is quickly becoming a residential centre in Tricity (Chandigarh), and the region is quickly becoming a top choice for homebuyers because of its strategic position, planned development, and proximity to important cities. With the opening of Trident Hills, the realty business entered the tier-2 real estate market.

Initial construction on the 125-acre area will consist of plots and low-rise levels. In reality, luxury residences are in strong demand in tier-2 cities due to the ambitious upper middle and higher classes, and Trident Hills is the tier-2 market's first premium development.
