Special Window for Affordable & Low-Income Housing has provided Sikka Group with Rs 207 crore for its forthcoming project in Greater Noida (SWAMIH). This money will expedite the project's delivery, allowing Sikki Kimaya Greens to house one thousand purchasers. The project was intended to be an eco-friendly enterprise, however it was halted owing to a lack of money.

SWAMIH has financed and funded over thirty projects in NCR; Sikka Group's initiative is the third to get money in the area.

According to Harvinder Singh, MD of Sikka Group, they are pleased to have secured this money since it has enabled them to resume activities at their project and expedite the delivery of the units. They intend to finish the project in one and a half years beginning in December 2022.
