Real Estate Company Supertech Intends to Raise INR 1600 Cr to Finish Delhi NCR Projects

In some good news for Delhi NCR real estate market; Supertech intends to raise approximately Rs 1,600 crore from institutional investors by July in order to complete its 18 ongoing housing projects in Delhi-NCR, according to its chairman, RK Arora.

The corporation has executed a term document. Due diligence is presently being conducted with investors to secure this interim funding, according to Arora, who did not disclose the names of the investors.
