Bengaluru-headquartered Prestige Group has officially entered the Delhi-NCR residential market with the launch of Prestige City Indirapuram, a 62.5-acre integrated township in Ghaziabad. Chairman and Managing Director Irfan Razack stated that the company plans to redefine real estate in NCR by focusing on high-quality construction, timely delivery, and end-user centric development—an approach he believes sets Prestige apart in a market riddled with delays and speculative sales.

Razack clarified that Prestige isn’t chasing market dominance but rather aims to be “the best developer, not the biggest” in NCR. He emphasized the group’s belief in scale and discipline, promising a shift in how real estate is delivered in the region.

Rs 10,000 Crore Investment Planned Over Six Years

Prestige Group is investing close to ₹10,000 crore in the township project, with Phase 1 comprising 3,421 apartments carrying a total sales potential of over ₹9,000 crore. The overall gross development value (GDV) of the project is expected to touch ₹12,000 crore. Apartment prices range between ₹1.5 crore and ₹4 crore, with possession scheduled to begin in November 2029.

Within just seven days of launch, Prestige has reportedly sold 1,200 apartments worth over ₹3,000 crore—highlighting a strong market response and buyer confidence.

Focus on Genuine Buyers, Not Broker Bulk Sales

Razack stressed that Prestige will focus on fair pricing targeted at genuine homebuyers, consciously avoiding the prevalent model of bulk sales to brokers. The company is determined to improve consumer trust in the region by ensuring quality execution and meeting delivery timelines—both pressing issues in the NCR market.

Future Plans: Expansion into Gurgaon, Noida, and Central Delhi

Beyond Ghaziabad, Prestige is actively exploring new land parcels in Gurgaon and Noida for upcoming projects. It is already developing a commercial project in Delhi’s Aerocity, featuring hotels and office spaces. The company also owns a plot in KG Marg, where it plans to launch an ultra-luxury real estate development in the near future.
