NMMC Launches India's First-Ever Digital Property Identity Cards for 3.5 Lakh Homeowners

The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) announced on August 18, 2025, that it had become the first civic body in India to introduce Property Identity Cards for homeowners.
