Leading real estate developers in India, DLF would spend close to Rs 1,700 crore in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, to create office space and a data centre.

The company has leased approximately 3,60,000 square feet of space at the upcoming Noida IT Park to Singapore-based ST Telemedia Global Data Centres, with an option to double the space.

Additionally, DLF has proposed office buildings for the project. Along with the data centre structure, the business is finishing Phase-I with an office tower of around 4.5 lakh square feet. DLF has also begun construction on a two-million-square-foot office building in Gurgaon, anticipating increased demand for Grade A office space in the coming year.

It would spend Rs 1,500 crore in the development of office space in Gurgaon and Chennai.
