Logistics infrastructure company NDR Warehousing plans to raise INR 2,000 crore via InVIT in 2023, in order to pay off previous debts and finance the development of new projects.

The company is anticipated to submit a DRHP with SEBI by March, and they anticipate listing by August. Several of their current investors were interested in participating in the pre-InVIT round according to NDR Warehousing's Managing Director, Amrutesh Reddy.

The majority of the 19 InVits listed on the Sebi website are located in Mumbai and the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR).

NDR Warehousing wants to build 4-5 million square feet annually to its warehouses and industrial parks around the nation.

He also said that their plan was to have a portfolio of 19 million square feet when they apply for InVIT and also that for the existing portfolio, all land and investments were committed.

With an investment of INR 800 crore, the business is now constructing nearly 4 million square feet of industrial and storage space.

The business, which is backed by global investment management Investcorp, is also considering inorganic development opportunities and collaborative partnerships in order to increase its portfolio. Using a convertible instrument, Investcorp led a 55 million dollar investment in NDR Warehousing in 2013.

NDR Warehousing owns around 150 acres of land across Mumbai, Chennai, the National Capital Region, and Bengaluru.
