Mahindra Logistics expands operations with a strategic 300,000 sq ft warehouse lease near Pune for over five years, strengthening its western India logistics network with ₹71.3 lakh monthly rental commitment.

Actis, a London-based sustainable infrastructure investor, and Mahindra Lifespaces, the real estate and infrastructure development arm of the Mahindra Group, have formed a joint venture to build 16-17 million square feet of industrial and logistics facilities in India.

Mahindra Logistics opened a 6.5 lakh-square-foot Grade-A warehouse in Bhiwandi, near Mumbai. This facility has 84 docks, a 13-meter clear height, and an 8 MT/M2 load capacity.

MLL and Ascendas-Firstspace are creating a one million-square-foot multi-client warehouse in Talegaon, Pune. The facility will be built in three stages, with the first 500,000 square feet expected to be operational by the end of the 2023–2024 fiscal year.

Logistics infrastructure company NDR Warehousing plans to raise INR 2,000 crore via InVIT in 2023, in order to pay off previous debts and finance the development of new projects.

Logistics infra giant NDR Storage has planned to spend over INR 2,000 crore to create warehousing and industrial parks over an area of 20 million square feet in Pune and NCR region.
