Lodha Developers Brings in DLF Veteran Amandeep Singh to Lead Delhi-NCR Expansion

Lodha Developers Limited announced in October 2025 that it had appointed Amandeep Singh as Regional CEO for its Delhi-National Capital Region operations, marking a strategic move by the Mumbai-based developer to strengthen its foothold in the competitive Delhi-NCR real estate market. The appointment, which takes effect from October 27, 2025, signals the company's intent to scale operations in one of India's most dynamic property markets.

Strategic Hire from DLF

Singh joins Lodha from real estate major DLF Limited, where he served as Senior Executive Director and Chief Operating Officer for the Gurgaon and North regions. During his tenure at DLF, he oversaw operations spanning approximately 14 million square feet across major projects in the Gurgaon and Chandigarh markets. His appointment was approved by Lodha's board of directors based on recommendations from the company's Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

Experience and Educational Background

With over 22 years of experience in real estate leadership, Singh brings substantial expertise in profit and loss management, strategic planning, and institution-building across diverse regional markets. His academic credentials include an MBA in Marketing and Systems from the Xavier Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from the Army Institute of Technology.

Lodha's Regional Expansion Strategy

The appointment underscores Lodha Developers' strategic emphasis on deepening its presence in the Delhi-NCR market, which continues to witness strong growth. Industry analysts suggest that with Singh's appointment and proven track record, the company appears to be preparing for potential land acquisitions, project launches, and expanded business operations in the region. The timing of this leadership move indicates that Lodha views Delhi-NCR as a critical growth frontier and is aligning senior management capabilities to lead that expansion.

The development comes at a time when Delhi-NCR is experiencing robust demand in both residential and commercial segments, making it an attractive market for major developers looking to expand beyond their traditional strongholds. With Singh's appointment, Lodha is positioning itself to capitalize on the growing opportunities in the National Capital Region.
