Godrej Properties is Developing a Nine Acre Group Housing Complex in Pimpri-Chinchwad, North-West Pune

Godrej Properties has bought a 9-acre property piece in Pimpri-Chinchwad, a residential micro-market in Pune. The development will be largely for the purpose of developing a group housing complex.

The Godrej Pimpri Chinchwad real estate project will have a developable area of roughly 1.7 million square feet.

Pimpri-Chinchwad is a well-established residential area in Pune, with great access to the city's main social and business areas.

According to Mohit Malhotra, MD & CEO, Godrej Properties, Pimpri Chinchwad is a significant micromarket in Pune, and Godrej Properties felt it was critical to add the Pimpri Chinchwad land parcel to their property portfolio. This real estate development in Pimpri Chinchwad would enable them to further establish a foothold in the Pune real estate market.
