Downtown Dominance: Ultra-Premium Office Space Takes Center Stage

DLF Cyber City Developers Ltd (DCCDL), the rental arm of realty giant DLF, is making a bold ₹6,000 crore investment to develop 75 lakh square feet of prime commercial real estate in Gurugram. This strategic expansion targets growing demand for high-quality, environmentally sustainable commercial properties in India's evolving corporate landscape.

Joint Venture Powerhouse

DCCDL operates as a joint venture between DLF, which maintains a controlling 67% stake, and Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC. This partnership combines DLF's development expertise with GIC's global investment prowess.

Construction Already Underway

According to DLF's latest investor presentation for Q3 FY2024, DCCDL has already broken ground on 55 lakh square feet of Grade A plus office spaces in the next phase of its flagship 'DLF Downtown, Gurugram' development. Additionally, construction has commenced on the eagerly anticipated DLF Mall of India, Gurugram, which will span an impressive 20 lakh square feet.

Progress Report

The presentation highlighted that 37 lakh square feet of commercial space has already been completed in this ambitious expansion initiative, demonstrating DLF's commitment to timely project delivery even at this massive scale.
