NSE-listed P.E. Analytics, operator of PropEquity, is rolling out a proprietary AI-driven conversational platform for real estate after achieving 96% revenue growth between FY22 and FY25. The firm is also forging academic partnerships to structure real estate education.

India is set to establish its first dedicated real estate educational institution in Gurugram through a strategic partnership between PropEquity and the University of Cambridge's Department of Land Economy, with operations expected to begin by 2027.
