The Hyderabad District Revenue and Registration Authority (HYDRAA) has successfully reclaimed a premium ₹100 crore land parcel in Jubilee Hills that remained under unauthorized occupation for nearly twenty years, marking a significant victory in urban land governance.

TGRERA has fined four real estate agents, including Vijayawada-based Sikha Balaraju, ₹3.69 lakh for fraud and misrepresentation in Hyderabad’s Poojitha Tech Park project. The agents were found violating the RERA Act by operating without registration.

TG RERA directs MCOR LLP in Ameenpur to hand over common areas and strictly follow the sanctioned layout plan, citing violations under RERA Act 2016.
