Priyanjali Mariwala, a member of the Marico family, bought a luxury flat in Mumbai's Bandra-Kurla Complex (BKC) for 65.25 crore. Sunteck Realty's Starlight Systems constructed Signature Island, an ultra-luxury residential skyscraper with an 8,300-square-foot apartment on the first level.

A cash flow surplus helped Mumbai-based Sunteck Realty reduce its net debt. This excess, mostly from Satguru Infocorp Services and Starlight Systems' 60 lakh share sales, would be used to accelerate the company's commercial activities.
