A significant tripartite agreement has been executed for the comprehensive redevelopment of Guru Tegh Bahadur Nagar (GTB Nagar) in Mumbai's Sion Koliwada area. The project, involving MHADA and Rustomjee's subsidiary, will modernize housing for approximately 1,200 long-term refugee families.
