TruHome Finance has secured ₹417 crore in fresh capital to expand its loan book, upgrade technology infrastructure, and strengthen its presence across tier-II and tier-III cities in India's growing housing finance sector.

Leading private equity company TA Associates acquired a major minority investment in Vastu Housing Finance Corp., a pan-India diversified lending organisation, on Thursday. Investments included the International Finance Corporation.

Nisus Finance and its strategic partner BCD Group invested around Rs 105 crore in Suvita Real Estate, a wholly owned subsidiary of Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate. This senior secured listed non-convertible debentures (NCD) investment in a 12.16-acre land parcel in Pune's Manjari-Budruk.
