Godrej Properties has acquired a 26-acre land parcel off Sarjapur Road in South-East Bengaluru for a premium residential project with an estimated revenue potential of ₹1,100 crore, strengthening its presence in one of the city's fastest-growing micro-markets.

Strategic infrastructure investments including metro expansions and expressway upgrades have propelled 14 key Indian micro markets to record property price growth of up to 139% and rental appreciation reaching 81% between 2021-2025.
