Kingmaker Developers, a Rustomjee Group affiliate, bought 100% ownership and preference shares of DB Realty's Realgem Buildtech for about Rs 231.42 crore. This allows Keystone Realtors, a Rustomjee Group subsidiary, to buy Rustomjee Crown, a luxury residential complex in Prabhadevi, Mumbai.

Rustomjee Group's Keystone Realtors has partnered with Raj Doshi Exports to build a 1.5-acre property in the Mahim neighbourhood of Mumbai.

Rustomjee Group will co-develop a 2 million square foot affordable residential complex in Kalyan, near Mumbai. Rustomjee Group enters Mumbai's eastern suburbs with this acquisition.

The Rustomjee Group is establishing Mt K Kapital, a development fund concentrating on residential and mixed-use real estate projects in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
