South-western Bengaluru has emerged as a dynamic real estate corridor driven by the Metro Purple Line completion and the upcoming Peripheral Ring Road, with property prices appreciating 15-21% in areas like Kengeri, Banashankari, and JP Nagar.

The Union Government has unveiled road infrastructure projects worth over ₹2,000 crore in Puducherry, including a 4-km elevated corridor and a 38-km four-lane highway section on NH-32 to enhance connectivity and drive real estate growth.
