This self-financing development aims to significantly enhance Jaipur's infrastructure and economic landscape.

Rajasthan's RIICO introduces a significant policy shift, offering industrial plots at 60% of current rates with a 33-year lease. The move aims to drastically reduce setup costs for entrepreneurs, extending payment periods and lowering transfer charges. RIICO will also fund real estate ventures and invest in infrastructure.
